We traveled for a quick 2-day getaway and felt disappointed to only stay for a night. The clean and comfortable room made us wish we could have stayed longer. The breakfast at Best Bella had a wide array of options, and the hotel's proximity to Naklua beach and Terminal 21 made it convenient for exploring. The free 24-hour shuttle service was a big plus, and the staff went above and beyond to assist us, even with language barriers. a great experience with good value for money.

The hotel was a good hotel with good facilities and some staff were very helpful and friendly.

Some staff, particularly kitchen staff seemed very young and untrained.

Good sized bedrooms with a view towards the pool, nice location, very helpful staff and transport was available easily.

We got scammed at the Pattaya beach by a criminal gang that rents jet skis. The host population was totally unhelpful and aggressive towards us. The police was also an accomplice in this huge racket of criminals that rip off tourists in different ways.

This hotel in north Pattaya offers great value for money. The rooms are spacious and come with a microwave oven, which is a convenient feature. The staff is friendly and the overall service is good. The location is slightly off the beaten track, but that means it's away from the hustle and bustle of the main road.

Excellent. I booked for 2 day initially after staying there I find every thing all right and extended my stay for another two days. Room staff food and serices are all up to tje mark. The best thing is free drop down facility after check out. Value for money

Mind-blowing staff, super helpful and friendly, receptionist Russell is a gem. Hotel very welcoming, free transport to the main road, spacious sea view room, clean and comfortable, delicious breakfast with lots of options, short walk to Naklua beach and Terminal 21. Best hotel in Thailand.

Good location and great value value for money

I like the fresh sea air from the seaview room.

A dirty broken kettle, the breakast food was cold, And in my opinion this hotel is not really suitable to be classed as Best Western as they offer slippers/flip flops which are not new! And you will be charged if you do not leave them in the room! I had to wait for 45 minutes at checkout while my Wife went up the road to collect them from her Sisters appartment. How can they charge for second hand flip flops. The mind boggles. There are better value Hotels up near Naklua Soi 14 and 12. Best Western should inspect this Hotel as a secret shopper, and find out for themselves.

The location is superb, right across a modern mall and walking distance from the beach. The hotel also offers free shuttle service to the main road and near the bus terminal. The breakfast has a lot of options and the staff are very friendly and accommodating.

I’m currently having a relaxing stay surrounded by nature, thanks to the great location closed to the shopping terminal and the beach. The spacious room with full facilities and comfy bed make me feel at home. The friendly staff provides great service, and the extensive breakfast options exceed my expectations. , the fair prices for food and drinks are a plus.

Some of the decorations lack harmony and unity, making the entire space less attractive.

Buffet breakfast offered many choices of good food

The location is near a second rate "rock" beach where no swimming is possible. the sound system of the hotel "pipes" music from 05.30 in the morning so loud that it wakes people up in their rooms all our towels were frayed at the edges and had holes in them. if this is "the best" that "western" can do ,I will never stay at a Best Western again. It has been the "least" value for money I have ever booked.

The hotel had a good pool and a decent breakfast spread. The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed. The hotel also offered a shuttle service to a nearby main road, which was helpful. Additionally, the hotel was situated close to a shopping mall and a popular tourist attraction.

Our experience during Christmas at the hotel was not ideal. The staff seemed unenthusiastic and did not make us feel very welcome. We also had some issues with the cleanliness of the room, as there were stains on the sheets and towels. I expected more from this hotel and was disappointed with my stay.
